Our straightforward 7-day return policy — here's everything you need to know.

Return Eligibility

7-Day Return Window — You can initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date. The return window is based on your actual delivery date, not the estimated date.

Conditions for a Valid Return

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, and manuals must be intact
  • A valid reason must be provided (defective item, wrong product, damaged in transit, not as described)
  • Return must be initiated within the 7-day window
  • Product must not be in the non-returnable categories listed below

How to Return

Log In & Go to Your Orders
Visit My Orders and find the order you want to return.

Click "Return Item"
Select the product and choose your return reason. Attach photographs if the item is damaged or defective.

Seller Reviews Your Request
The seller will review and respond within 2 business days. You'll be notified by email and SMS.

Ship the Item Back
Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to the seller's address provided in the approval notification.

Refund Processed
Once the seller confirms receipt and inspection, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned except in cases of damage, defect, or wrong item received:

Perishable goods & food items
Personalised or custom-made products
Digital downloads & software
Intimate apparel & swimwear
Health & hygiene products (opened)
Fragile items (unless damaged in transit)
Items marked Non-Returnable in listing
Hazardous materials

Refunds are credited to your original payment method. Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional working days for card refunds.

Refund Methods

  • Credit / Debit Card — 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking / UPI — 3–5 business days
  • Cash on Delivery orders — Bank transfer (2–5 days)
