Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are set by individual sellers and displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Many sellers offer free shipping above a minimum order value.
Multiple Sellers in One Order
If your cart contains products from multiple sellers, they will be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number. Shipping charges are calculated per seller.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to the seller. Contact our support team at support@ecombuyer.in if you face a delivery issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Our team will assist with resolution.
